Check for Pipe Damage

 

Spring is the perfect time to go check the water pipes in the basement, crawl space, attic, or any exposed pipes outside including faucets or hose bibs.  Winter temperatures can cause pipes to crack.  So, take some time and thoroughly inspect for any signs of cracks or leaks.  â€‹â€‹

Inspect and Flush Water Heater  

 

If you haven't already, spring is the perfect time to inspect and flush your homes water heater.  Yearly flushing and maintenance can help prolong the life of the unit and prevent plumbing emergencies saving you some cash.  â€‹â€‹
